Ross: Ok, um, uh, more clothes in the dryer? (Ross turns and bangs his head on an open dryer door.) I'm fine, I'm fine.
Phoebe: (seeing Rachel's clothes) What a neat idea. All your clothes match. I'm gonna do this.
[Scene: Nana's house, Ross, Mrs. Geller and Aunt Lillian are going through clothes.]

Monica: How about, youre moving!! (Grabs a bunch of clothes and throws them into a box. What follows is a brief sequence of Rachel unpacking and Monica packing the same stuff over and over again as Rachel chants "No." and Monica chants "Yes.")
CHANDLER: Well, how do you find clothes that fit?
Joey: Needs some clothes altered?
Joey: Okay, buddy-boy. Here it is. You hide my clothes, I'm wearing everything you own.
[They go into the apartment. Inside the apartment it looks like a sewage dump exploded and landed in her living room. There are clothes and food and junk covering every square inch of space. I mean pigs have nicer pens. Ross is completely shocked.]
[Scene: The Launderama, Rachel is there, waiting for Ross. An old woman takes Rachel's clothes off the machine and begins loading it with her things.]
JOEY: Wow, talk about your bad luck, I mean, the first time you try panties and someone walks off with your clothes.
SUSIE: Well um, why don't you call me in 20 years and tell me if you're still upset about this. [she leaves with his clothes]

Ross: Ironically, most of the boxes seem to be labeled clothes.
Monica: Well, you used to dress up in Mom's clothes all the time.
(Chandler kicks the door closed, angrily. His clothes are askew, he looks beat.)

[Scene: Ross and Rachel's apartment. Sandy is knitting baby clothes. Ross and Rachel walk into the living room.]

Chandler: Okay, I get it. So, I get nothing! Nothing here is mine! Everything here is yours! Ill get up in the morning put on your clothes, and head off to work!
Joshua: Anyway, she burned all of my clothes. I got away with two things. This suit and what turned out to be a skirt.
Chandler: But you found the keys to his clothes?

Joey: (entering wearing nothing but Porsche clothes) So the Porsche guy took his car back.

[Scene: Phoebe and Rachel's, Rachel is putting away her new clothes as Phoebe enters.]
(She goes out into the hall and when shes there and the door is closed; she rips off her robe to reveal her work clothes.)

Monica: Maybe because you used to be aloof, or that youre really sarcastic, or that, yknow, you joke around all the time. Or that you take off your clothes and throw them on the couch.

Chandler: It just keeps getting worse and worse! Y'know? I mean its bad enough that Im in love with my roommates girlfriendwhich by the way, I think she knows. Because every time were in the room together theres this weird like energy between us. And call me crazy, but I think she likes me too. And now I have seen her naked. I mean at least when Ive seen her with clothes on, I could imagine her body was like covered in boles or something. But there are no boles, shes smooth! Smooth! (leaves)
Rachel: (pretends to be stunned) Oh! Wi... in the dres... in the dressing room!? Well, that's so weird! Phoebe and I were just trying on clothes in the dressing room. God it's just such a small world!
(Rachel arrives with a lot of clothes)
Rachel: Hey! You remembered to put clothes on this morning.
Mike: I haven't been home in a couple of days and I need to get some more clothes.
Joey: Are you kidding? Rachel loves to shop! And she has great taste! Yeah, she's the one who taught me, you don't wear white after labour day and that you always, always, always have to put on underwear when you're trying on clothes.
[Scene: Central Perk, Monica and Phoebe, back to reality, are sitting in normal clothes.]
Monica: Well, this is the last box of your clothes. I’m just gonna label it, "What were you thinking?"
Phoebe: Oh God no, I don't wanna see him take his clothes off!
Monica: Oh, no! I mean, obviously we want to see you take your clothes off! You big piece of eye candy!
