Rachel: Okay well Ross! Stop it please! Wait a minute! (Motions for him to follow her lead, but he angrily shakes his head no. So she pokes him.)
SUSAN: Come on. I'll let you lead.
Rachel: No, its not gonna be okay Ross, tomorrow is my last day, and I dont have a lead. Okay, y'know what, Im just gonna, Im just gonna call Gunther and Im gonna tell him, Im not quitting.
Joey: What are you talking about?! I'm the lead in a movie!

(They both get up and Monica expects Joey to take the lead, but he doesnt, and they fumble around for a little bit.)
Chandler: You got the lead in a movie? That's amazing! What's the movie about?!
Ross: Y'know what? Just-just follow my lead.
