words in movies
Joey: No, look. (Shows him the magazine.)
Larry: No, bribes.
Rachel: Oh, honey, please, no, I can't get started with all that Ross stuff again. I mean, he's gonna screwed up for a looong time. And besides y'know, I don't, I don't go for guys right after they get divorced.
Monica: So-so there is no party.
Rachel: No, there's a party. There's a party. But the power, that is still up for grabs. You follow me?
Rachel: Yeah, but he waited until the last minute! So if I said yes, he would know I had nothing better to do than wait around for an invitation to his stupid party. I said, "No!" Which puts me right back in the driver seat.
Rachel: Ball? There is no ball.
(Notices Ross looking at him and stops. Ross gives him his 'quiet down' maneuver. Okay, this may take a while to explain, so center this on you screen and place your hands about a foot apart with your fingers together and pointing straight up. Now take you fingers and point them at the other hand and making a 90-degree angle with each of your hands and the first knuckle counting up from the wrist. Now take your right hand, no your other right (that was for the dyslexics), and lower it a couple of inches, so that the fingers are pointing at your wrist. Now take your arms and keeping the elbows bent and your hands in front of you spread out your arms, kinda like making a bird's wing. Now hunch your shoulders over and move you hands up and down as if you are trying to tell some one to turn it down. That's Ross 'quiet down' maneuver. Well, there is an accompanying face, but I don't want to try and describe it as well.)
Joey: No-no, no! We have to move the table into my room, yeah! 'Cause of all the boxes. Come on!
Joey: No, the quiet down thing!
Phoebe: Ooh, I love that place! (Thinks about it.) So, no.
Rachel: No, I have to go downstairs and come back up as if I'm coming home from the regatta gala. Okay? So just go distract him. But don't be sexy.
Rachel: No, it's all right, you can just drop the act Tommy. I know what's going on here. Your Danny's wingman right? You guys are best buds. Frat bros!
Chandler: You're kidding, no!
Phoebe: Oh, look-look, Joey's on TV! Isn't that great? My pledge got Joey on TV! Oh that makes me feelOh no! (Realizes that her deed made her happy and therefore it's selfish and covers her mouth in horror.)
Ross: No. No-no. No. What would you do next?
Phoebe: Oh, no, I meant that its weird that you only have nine now.
Ross: The first time! No seriously, imagine if Carol hadnt realized she was a lesbian.
Phoebe: No, Joey! You borrowed my cab; you have to drive it back.
Phoebe: No, not usually. But yeah, I could use one right now.
Chandler: No, we only went out once.
Ross: (exiting the bathroom) That-that-thats all right, no honey, you take your time sweetie. Ill be right out here. (She slams the door in his face, to the gang) Shes just fixing her makeup.
Phoebe: Okay. (on phone) Hey, can you send somebody up and down 76 and check every rest stop, and, and also 93? (listens) Okay! (hangs up) Yeah, no they dont do that.
Ross: No really, I-I am! I feel bad!
Phoebe: Well no, it was my fault so you should get the nice room.
Ross: Umm, no. No.
Phoebe: No, but hes always late.
Phoebe: (stopping her) No Rachel! They got here first!
Chandler: No, that was Dana Caplin.
Joey: No thats all right. Dont worry about it.
Joey: Oh, no! (Starts that screaming thing again. Rachel stops him by pulling his fingers out of his ears.)
Elizabeth: No, I have some turning 21 to do.
Ross: What? No! Of course, of course I do! Are-are they gone?
Elizabeth: Uh no, theyre still here but I think Im about to leave.
Chandler: No! No! No! I was so careful! (Runs out.)
Chandler: No, we'll-we'll bring it back! Just put it under your dress.
Ross: Freaked out? Hey no, Im not freaked out! Im indignant! As a consumer!
Ross: Uhm no! Think less of you! No, I don't think less of you. I mean, you saw someone you liked and you kissed them. I mean, those people who like someone and don't kiss them... those-those people are stupid, I hate those people.
Ross: No, but it is frowned upon.
Rachel: Oh no-no-no! No, I got this all under control.
ROSS: Ok. No, hey, whoa, whoa, I'll get your coat.
Phoebe: Oh no, no, no, no... That's okay, that's okay... I mean, I'm... I am a vegetarian... except for veal... Yeah no, veal I love...
Rachel: No. (grabs an eggroll) And then I called him, and he wasnt there.
Sebastian: Uh, no not really. Why?
Phoebe: well there is no Vicrum, Ross made him up because I never really have been in a long-term relationship, I've never lived with a guy, and I've never even celebrated an anniversary so. (Pause) if that's too weird for you and you wanna leave I totally understand. In fact I'll close my eye's make it less awkward (She sits with her eyes closed and Mike kisses her, Phoebe opens her eyes and like a little child says.) You kissed me.
Monica: No! You cant do that!
Joey: No! I wont leave you!
(They start trying to trade babies while holding one each. They have no idea how to do it, so they just shift the babies around in their arms. They give up pretty quickly.)
Chandler: Oh come on guys, its not like I moved to Europe! I just moved across the hall! And we would have you over all the time if it werent for (struggles to get this out) Monicas allergies. (The duck quacks.) Youre right, I could never lie to you. She hates you. (The phone rings.) Should I get that? (Laughs, then answers the phone.) Hello? (Listens) Uh no, Joeys not here right now. Can I take a message? (Listens) Yeah, okay so the audition has been moved from 5:00 to 2:30? (Listens) Okay great. (Listens.) Bye. (Hangs up the phone and goes to write the message on the Magna-Doodle on the door but Monica walks in and forces him to jump out of the way.)
Joey: No youre not! Not to me!
Phoebe: No, we were just laughing. You know, how laughter can be infectious.
Phoebe: Oh yeah, youre solid. Yeah, youre just no me.
[Scene: Monica and Rachel's, (And thats the last time for that line, no more Chandler and Joeys or Monica and Rachels, ever!) Joey and Ross are carrying the last table of Rachels. Rachel follows slowly, but is stopped by Monica.]
Ross: I knew it! I knew it! I always knew she liked him! Y'know, shed say no, but here we are! Right? We just broke up, first thing she does!
Rachel: No seriously! Seriously! What has happened to the sanctity of marriage?
DUNCAN: No, but it'll be OK, they're pretty cool, my brother's straight so. . .
Ross: No, she kept kicking me away!
Monica: No, Ill do it. You just stick to your job.
Frank: Wait, y'know what, I-I came to you because I thought youd understand! Oh no!! Y'know, I would storm out of here right now if-if I had some money, or a place to go
Chandler: No! Uh, I d'know! The point is, if you were gonna set me up with someone, I'd like to think you'd set me up with someone like him.
Monica: No really, they're OK.
Monica: Oh-oh, no no don't worry, I'm gonna wash it.
Fireman No. 3: It's all right. It's all right. You don't have to explain. This isn't the first boyfriend bonfire that we've seen get out of control.
Chandler: No! No! No! I just kissed her.
Frank Sr.: Shh! (Whispers) No! Joe Hill!
Monica: You had no right to go out with him.
Ross: Sure, I-I-I... (hugs her and mouths No!!)
Phoebe: No! Joey, youre going to be great!
Monica: No, its okay, not only did I get to go out with Chip Matthews, I got to dump Chip Matthews.
Phoebe: Stop it! Stop it no! Thats not fair! Yknow I cant resist that beautiful voice!
Monica: No, dont say it! Dont even think it!
Wayne: No. Why?
Ross: No. No. You-you can't help. I mean, I kinda have to do this without your help.
Ross: No, I mean tonight, in the building. Suddenly. Into our lives.
Paul: No.
Phoebe: Oh no! Not that guy! He does look like him though.
Ross: No, no, no, no, no, I don't want to know, absolutely not. I think, you know, I think you should know until you look down there, and say, oop, there it is! (pauses) Or isn't...
CHANDLER: Ohhh [turns as if to hug someone] Oh no, wait a minute, I have no one.
Monica: Ohhh! (Takes the plate.) No! This is my friend Rachel, we went to High School together.
Phoebe: No, I'm just gonna help him, you know, get 'de-Ursula-ized', like you know, like I did for Joey after he went out with her.
Ross: That's funny, that, no, because, uh, our parents actually did, uh, send our dog off to live on a farm.
MRS. GELLER: No, Richard Burke gave them a ride.
Ross: God no!
Cecilia: Im supposed to meet and hug a fan whose dying, but thats not supposed to be until (to no one in particular) later!
Chandler: Youre right, I have no excuses! I was totally over the line.
Rachel: What?! No! Why?!
Phoebe: No reason! That would just be a really big surprise, right?
Joey: Look, it's okay, no, no, no, really, look um, I really appreciate this Pheebs, but I think I'm gonna have to go back to Estelle.
Chandler: No, just the months you actually want to live here.
Ross: No.
Janice: No, it isn't, because you won't let that happen. Don't you know it yet? You love me, Chandler Bing.
Susan: No, she's at a faculty meeting.
Monica: Oh no!
Mr. Geller: No! Thank you! (Hugs Chandler) Monica, and Ross! I dont know what Im gonna do about the two of you!
Phoebe: No! Why?
Chandler: No, Beth doesnt die, she doesnt die. Does she Rachel?
Rachel: No! No I, no Ross is not a geek!
Monica: No. If you thought this mess is going to bother me, you are wrong! All right, let's go Blinky! (She ushers Rachel out the door, but before the door fully closes she sticks her head back in.) Chandler!!!! (Chandler agrees to clean up the mess.)
Ross: No! But we-we didnt have sex-uh, did we? I mean, I dont remember much about last night, it was such a blur.
Chandler: No, I dont want to tell anybody else because I dont want Monica to find out.
Phoebe: Well, I didn't get embarrassed running next to Miss (panting). But no, okay. No, no, I can see why running with me would be embarrassing to you. Yeah, okay. You're uptight.
Phoebe: No thats what you do when you want to get the truth out of someone.
Phoebe: No, not Phoebe, Dr. Philange. Oh no! You have it too!
Joey: No.
Rachel: No you dont!
Chandler: No, did he hug you?!
Monica: No, but someones really not going to get over that idea, are they?
Rachel: (laughs and pushes the chair back in) Yeah, well, y'know umm No honey, listen I think it's a great idea to become friends with someone before you date them, but I think the way you do it is y'know you meet someone, become their friend, build a foundation, then you ask them out on a date. Don't hit on your existing friends!
Chandler: Well, it's official there are no good movies.
Rachel: Awww, no, it's okay, we've actually known for a while.
Phoebe: If she says no, can I have the ring?
Chandler: Shes not gonna say no.
Paul: No, unfortunately Lizzies mom passed away shortly after she was born. I raised her by myself.
Ross: Oh no, I have plans with Elizabeth.
