words in movies
[Scene: The Western front during World War I, Phoebe, in yet another past life, is once again a nurse tending to yet another dying soldier. But this time she's doing it with a French accent.]
Rachel: No! You guys cant leave yet! You have to stay, we-we got the whole big thing planned!
Chandler: But we're not ready to tell yet!
Carol: But they're not here yet!
Joey: So, did you uh, find anyone to marry you guys yet?
Rachel: It was cheesecake. It was fine. It had a buttery, crumbly, graham cracker crust, with a very rich yet light, cream cheese filling (Pause) Wow! My whole mouth just filled with saliva!
Rachel: Ugh! Look honey yknow what? I havent told him yet, so until I do I dont think I should tell anybody else.
MONICA: Sandra, I am so sorry, I thought you were Rachel and we just weren't ready for you yet.
Ross: She's not even here yet.
Monica: Hey. Its three in the morning. They dont know that Ive come home yet. You notice how neither one of them are wondering where I am.
Phoebe: Dont you see? Everyones looking at me! The plans working! I didnt even have to take off my top yet!
Chandler: And yet you're surprisingly upbeat.
Assistant: Ain't that bad yet, but it keeps getting darker for the next four hours.
Monica: And yet, were still poking him.
Joey: Well no, not yet. He's calling everyone on her side of the family hoping that someone will help him get in touch with her.
Chandler: So, has anyone talked to Dr. and Mrs. Geller yet?
Mike: Oh, err... no, she's not here yet. You know, I think I'm just gonna take off and break up with her over the phone...
Rachel: No Phoebe! I just need you there for support. I havent told him Im pregnant yet.
Jason: Yeah. I mean y'know, we havent been going out that long. Come on, we havent even slept together yet. Huh.
PHOEBE: I told you not to do that yet. And, she wants to do a video.
Ross: Well, we-we havent said that to each other yet, but I guess its okay to say it to other people.
Joey: (laughs) Monica, look... I don't think you and I have any secrets anymore... (Monica keeps looking at Joey) Not ready to joke about it yet, okay, I see you later. (Joey walks out)
Rachel: Oh please, theyve been going out a week. They havent even slept together yet, I mean, thats not serious.
Monica: Look, I don't even know how I feel about him yet. Just give me a chance to figure that out.
Chandler: (To Monica) Did she see us yet? Did she see us?
Phoebe: So umm, now do you have any of Matt Lauers clothes here? Maybe? Just ones that havent been cleaned yet?
Chip: So ah, Monica ready yet?
CAROL: Actually, he is getting closer on the talking thing. He can't quite say mama yet, but once he said yumen.
Chandler: And yet, shes still not hanging up the phone.
RACHEL: Where's Chip, why isn't he here yet?
Joey: No, yeah, no, ok, but not yet. I don't wanna seem too eager. One Mississippi, two Mississippi, three Mississippi. That seems pretty cool. (he walks over to her) Hey, Angela.
Ross: She's not here yet. She's not here. She's having my baby and she's not here.
Monica: No honey, Im sorry, but the weekends not over yet.
JOEY: Wow, look at that. The car is on fire, yet somehow it's expensive paint job is protected by the Miracle Wax.
Phoebe: So, did you pick one yet?
Rachel: I dont get this! She was horrible! (She hits Chandler, yet again.)
Ross: In fact, I'll bet you 50 bucks that you can't go the whole year without making fun of us. Eh, y'know what, better yet? A week.
Maitre d': Mr Campbell's not here yet. Let me show you to his table.
(Ross, Rachel and Joey come back from the bathroom. They discover that Monica and Ethan aren't finished talking to each other yet.)
(The phone rings yet again.)
Monica: Well Im not sure yet, but umm of the top of my head Im thinking double sided tape and some sort of luncheon meat.
Chandler: Hey! Did you have the baby yet?
PHOEBE: You know, what I think is so great that you are totally into this person and yet for all you know she could be like 90 years old, or have two heads, or. It could be a guy.
Tim: Youre not wearing the patch yet.
Chandler: Yes, and we'd appreciate it if no one told him yet.
Chandler: No... no! And yet it did. Good-bye, Janice.
Monica: Hey-hey, how goes the dancing? Gay yet?
Phoebe: Yeah, well, dont Aww Pheebs, that sucks! me yet. (she starts to leave)
Rachel: Oh, Phoebe! Come on! You know what, it's already three o'clock and they haven't even gotten to Emma's group yet. We gotta go, we got dinner!
Janice: Yeah, well, it scares me! I mean I not even divorced yet, Chandler. You know, you just invited me over here for pasta, and all of the sudden you're talking about moving in together. And, and I wasn't even that hungry. You know what, it's getting a little late, and I-I should just, um...(starts to leave)
[Scene: Joey and Rachel's, Ross is telling Rachel and Monica about yet another mistake hes made with a woman.]
Ross: Hey! Are you ready yet?
Monica: So have you called her yet?
Phoebe: I havent really had any yet.
Phoebe: No-no-no! We haven't started yet. Where's Alice?
Ross: Not yet.
PHOEBE: I'm not done yet, OK. God. OK, if that goes well, they may even want to make an album.
Rachel: Uhm... you haven't told these guys what they're doing in the wedding yet.
Monica: Phoebe! Come on! Lets go! (Knocks on her door.) Come on! (Phoebe enters with guitar and not ready to go.) Why arent you dressed yet?!
Monica: Have you guys picked a date yet?
Monica: Now, Mom, everything's going fine, really. (Listens) Yeah, Ross is great. He's uh, he's in a whole other place. (Listens) No, he's gone. (Listens) No no, you don't have to fly back, really. (Listens) What do you mean this might be your only chance? (Listens) Would you stop? I'm only 26, I'm not even thinking about babies yet.
Rachel: Ohh, well I'm not totally back yet, but thank you.
Joshua: My marriage like just ended, and Im really not ready to get into anything yet.
PHOEBE: Yeah. I guess she hasn't seen everything yet. I'll be right back, she has to go to the bathroom again. [Takes Mrs. Green's chin in her hand and says, in Mrs. Adelman's voice] Oh, such a pretty face.
Chandler: (Tapping Ross on his shoulder) So, you feel like a dad yet?
Ross: Oh no, not yet.
Joey: Hey! Did you talk to Dennis about me yet?
JOEY: It just seems so futile, you know ? All these women, and nothing. I feel like Superman without my powers, you know? I have the cape, and yet I cannot fly.
Joey: Have you kissed her yet? Its awesome! I could do it forever! Yknow what? She-she kisses better than my mom cooks!
Rachel: Monica, nothing has even happened yet, and you're already so...
Rachel: Hi! You guys, the car-service just got here. I can't believe they're not home yet! I have to catch my stupid plane. I wanna see the baby!
Rachel: I havent seen it yet!
Chandler: My chair. Now, if anybody asks, your name is Rosita! (He runs out the door, grabs the back of Rosita, and we can hear Joey and Rachel talking as they are coming up the stairs. Neither of them have reached the landing yet.)
Joey: Well, no not yet. But the audition went really good.
Phoebe: Y'know, if you want, you can call her machine, and if she has a lot of beeps, that means she probably didn't get her messages yet.
MONICA: No, but that's probably 'cause I haven't asked them yet.
Ross: Y'know, we work in a museum of natural history, and yet there is something unnatural about the way we eat lunch. Now, I look around this cafeteria, and yknow what I see, I see-I see division. Division, between people in white coats and people in blue blazers, and I ask myself, "My God why?!" Now, I say we shed these-these coats that separate us, and we get to know the people underneath. (He takes off his coat and throws it down.) Im Ross! Im divorced, and I have a kid!
PHOEBE: Now OK, I haven't seen it yet so, if you don't like it, well, so what, none of you ever made a video. [puts the tape in] OK.
Rachel: But your divorce isn't even final yet.
Rachel: Joey, just ignore the boats all right? Were not finished with the lesson yet.
(They turn back around to see the baby Monica's carrying, but then they realise what the surprise is. Ross, Mike, Phoebe and Rachel gasp and stare at Chandler and his baby. Joey hasn't figured it out yet.)
MONICA: You guys haven't gotten your presents yet? Tomorrow's Christmas Eve, what're ya gonna do?
Joey: Oh and (Ross begins to open the door and Joey says some gibberish word to indicate to Ross that hes not done yet. Ross closes the door again.) Okay, and uh if anyone needs help pretending to like it, I learned something in acting class, try uh, rubbing your stomach (Rubs his stomach) or uh, or saying mmm and uh, oh oh! And smiling (Smiles while pretending to stir a bowl), okay?
Katie: You're so sweet! (Punches Rachel yet again.)
ROSS: I don't believe this. I miss, I miss the first time of everything. I missed, what, the first time he rolled over, the first time he crawled. What else did I miss? Has he spoken yet, is he driving, does he have a favorite liquour?
(The sitcom begins with its familiar refrain, yet with a Latin lilt. Rachel and Monica do a little dance with their chopsticks, and Phoebe has to grin as Ross joins in the rhythm.)
Ross: Yeah I-I dont-I dont think Im quite there yet, but I could say I looove spending time with you.
Rachel: Why arent you home yet?!
A Waiter in Drag: (to Chandler and Monica) Has someone taken your order yet?
Monica: (startled) Ahh! Arent you dressed yet?
Joey: Oh well, its not on TV yet.
The Dry Cleaner: Well, then its not on the wall yet.
Monica: Have you found your dress yet?
Ross: You haven't by any chance chosen a groomsman yet, have you?
Rachel: Yeah honey, Im standing right there! Why didnt you just tell him about the mole I havent got checked yet.
Waiter: I know! I havent even read them the specials yet!
Monica: And yet, here we are doing it again.
Monica: I cant believe you. You still havent told that girl she doesnt have a job yet?
[Time Lapse: the crowd has left and only Mona, Monica, Joey, and Phoebe are still watching to see who will be able to move the others arm first. An event that has yet to happen.]
Joey: I dont know! (All excited) I havent totally decided how to talk on my boat yet.
ROSS: Oh look, I can't believe this. Look, homo-habilus hasn't even learned how to use tools yet and they've got him here wi, with clay pots. Why don't, why don't they just give him a microwave? I'm sorry, I'm sorry this is taking so long, ya know, I, I, it's just it's longer than I expected, we will have dinner.
